Emma- Founder of Therapy Pod

Emma, the Founder and Senior massage/sports therapist at Therapy Pod, she is an exceptional individual dedicated to the art of healing and well-being. With her extensive knowledge and expertise, she specialises in pre & postnatal massage, remedial massage, sports massage, and takes a holistic approach to her practice. Emma's deep understanding of the body's intricate systems allows her to tailor her treatments to address specific needs and concerns. Her compassionate and nurturing nature creates a safe and supportive environment for her clients, especially expectant mothers seeking comfort and relaxation during their pregnancy journey. With a keen focus on providing effective relief and promoting overall wellness, Emma's treatments combine therapeutic techniques and soothing touch to alleviate muscle tension, enhance mobility, and restore balance to the body. Emma has recently gained her Reiki Practitioner Degree and looks forward to bringing this treatment to Therapy Pod.

Kate- Massage Therapist

Kate is a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist at Therapy Pod, with a passion for providing exceptional healing experiences. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her craft, she specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Hot Stones Massage. Kate's gentle yet firm touch combined with her intuitive understanding of the human body allows her to create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience for her clients. Whether you're seeking relief from muscle tension, stress reduction, or simply a moment of blissful relaxation, Kate's expert hands and personalized approach will leave you feeling invigorated and renewed. Kristi- Holistic Therapist

Kristi's Holistic Therapy journey started 17 years ago, since then she has specialised her skills as a highly trained and experienced Holistic Therapist. Providing a vast range of skin care treatments including micro needling, chemical peels, nano-needling & Hopi ear candling and Bespoke Massage treatments.

Having accomplished a wealth of knowledge and experience, Kristi also delivers Holistic Therapy Training alongside Emma where support & courses are available at Therapy Pod.
